Ancelotti would like to lead Everton out at new stadium

It's a good time to be an Everton fan. And not a bad one to be Carlo Ancelotti.Fresh from the side's first win at Anfield since 1999, and Lucas Digne signing a new contract that will keep the French defender with the club until 2025, Ancelotti was able to contemplate leading the 'Toffees' out at their new stadium.

City councillors gave their approval to a 52-thousand-seater structure at the Bramley-Moore Dock site, earlier in the week.

"I would like to be there when the new stadium is opened," said Ancelotti.

It will be a good achievement for me, of course. I think that to finish the contract in 2024 means that you did a good job, and when you did a good job the contract will not be stopped on 24.
