Bulgarian Union Football President - Borislav Mihailov - has stepped down from his post following Monday night's incidents at the Vasil Nevski National Stadium. According to reports in European media, have confirmed the development after Bulgaria Prime Minister - Boyko Borissov - hit out at the Bulgarian FA for the racist chants in the 0-6 loss to England.
