The UEFA Champions League is back after the long international break. Here are the top three important as well as exciting features of the UCL this weekend.
Galatasaray vs Real Madrid
Real Madrid have endured with a difficult campaign in the Champions League, with two consecutive defeats in their group stage matches against PSG and Club Brugge. Real Madrid would be looking to secure a win in order to avoid playing in the Europa League. They would be boosted by the fact that their opponents' star player Radamel Falcao hasn't played since picking up an Achilles injury against Paris Saint-Germain on October 1, 2019. The 13-time UEFA Champions League winners, Real Madrid might not come up against Falcao when they travel to Turkey to face Galatasaray.

Galatasaray are actually without a win in their last seven Champions League matches, which is not a run of form that will fill their fans with too much confidence ahead of the fixture. The Turkish side opened their Group A campaign with a goalless draw away to Club Brugge before losing 0-1 at home to Paris Saint-Germain. The match will be played on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 12.30 am (IST).

Manchester City vs Atalanta
Manchester City and Atalanta BC will lock horns for the first time in the European competition as the Premier League champions welcome the Italian side to the Etihad Stadium.
Pep Guardiola's side are sitting comfortably at the top of Group C with six points while Atalanta are at the very bottom, having lost their first two Champions League matches to Dinamo Zagreb and Shakhtar Donetsk. Gian Piero Gasperini's side are again doing well in Serie A though, with a total of 17 points from eight matches, leaving them on the third spot in the Italian league's points table. Only Inter Milan and Juventus have outperformed them in the league this season and they certainly have players capable of causing City problems in this match. The match will be played on Wednesday, October 23. 2019 at 12.30 am (IST).
