El Clasico: Who gets advantage in the delay?

Real Madrid

The delay of date can be considered lucky for Real Madrid. If the El Clasico would have taken place on October 26, the Galacticos would have missed out on Luka Modric, Lucas Vazquez and Gareth Bale due to injury. Marco Asensio is expected to miss the squad till next year so it does not change things for him. Real Madrid are going to benefit highly from the delay since the entire Barcelona team is fit and the absence of three prime players would have cost a lost for Madrid. Real Madrid are placed at the second spot the current LaLiga standings and a delay in El Clasico will surely give them a chance to experiment more with the squad before facing their arch-rivals.

Barcelona

Barcelona are in top form and the squad is performing extremely well in the LaLiga. They are leading the points table with six wins from nine games played. The delay in schedule is not going to benefit much for them since the entire squad is steady at the moment. However, Ousman Dembele would have missed the El Clasico on October 26 due to suspension and he might get to be a part of it December. The duo of Griezman-Messi is working really great and at the recent moment, they were arguably the favourites for October 26 El Clasico.
