Chelsea youngster Fikayo Tomori has managed to earn his maiden call-up to the England senior squad after impressing in the 2019-20 Premier League season. The young defender has managed to break into the Chelsea first team and also played in last night's UEFA Champions League win against LOSC Lille. Fellow Blues' teammates Mason Mount and Tammy Abraham also made the cut for the Euro 2020 qualifiers against Czech Republic and Bulgaria this month. Euro 2020 qualifiers: Jesse Lingard, Delle Ali and Aaron Wan-Bissaka all miss out
England currently top Group A of the Euro 2020 qualfiying stage. The Three Lions have won all four games in the qualifying stage having bagged 12 points and scored 15 goals after four matches. Gareth Southgate & Co. will take on Czech Republic and Bulgaria in their two Euro 2020 qualifiers this month. The England Football Association (FA) released the 23-man squad on Thursday.
Apart from the Chelsea trio, the likes of Ben Chillwell, Kieran Trippier, Harry Maguire and Kyle Walker also earned a call for the upcoming games. Harry Kane, Raheem Sterling, Callum Robinson and Jordan Pickford also made the cut. However, Dele Alli and Jesse Lingard have been dropped from the squad after some disappointing in recent weeks. Manchester United fall-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka also misses out due to illness.
