Adama Traore ends goal drought
The game saw Wolves dominate from the beginning as they created wonderful chances. In the early minutes of the game, Patric Cutrone got a wonderful assist to counterattack but missed the net by yards. Jimenez intercepted a pass at City's defence just to give it away to Ederson. However, Wolves were soon rewarded as Jimenez made a sensational sprint and dribbled past City's defence just to assist Traore to find the back of the net with ease. City were also denied a few chances as Silva's freekick bounced off the crossbar and Sterling's long-range shot was blocked well by Rui PatrÃcio. Wolves stunned and sealed the game in injury time when Traore scored an ease but elegant counterattack goal. City's striker Kun Aguero, had a rather quiet and uneventful night. This was Machester City's only second loss of the season. The first one coming against Norwich City on September 14 after which CIty went on to thrash Watford by 8-0.
