LaLiga Eibar vs Barcelona player ratings: Messi, Griezmann score

Barcelona travelled to Ipurua Municipal Stadium to play their LaLiga Matchday 9 clash against Eibar after the international break. The new Barca-trio, Griezmann-Suarez-Messi, bagged a goal each to record a very comfortable win against the hosts. The win took Barcelona to the top spot of the LaLiga points table above Real Madrid, who have a game in hand. The loss against Barcelona saw Eibar dropping to the 16th position in the table with just nine points in nine games for them.

Eibar looked helpless in front of the lethal Barcelona-attack and the Eibar attackers looked to be struggling a lot to pass the likes of Lenglet and Umtiti. After having a rough start to the LaLiga season, Valverde's side finally looks to be on the right path after clinching back-to-back LaLiga wins with their skipper Lionel Messi fully recovered. Barcelona's next clash was supposed to be against Real Madrid, the El Clásico, but it had to be postponed due to political tension in Barcelona. The LaLiga is yet to announce more news about the teams' next week's fixtures.
