Southgate: Sancho and Abraham back in England squad for Nations League match

England manager Gareth Southgate faced the media on Saturday ahead of England's Nations League fixture against Belgium. Tammy Abraham, Jadon Sancho and Ben Chilwell missed Thursday's 3-0 win against Wales after breaching Covid-19 guidelines and gathering for a party.

Southgate says they have now all moved on from the incident. "That situation is done, they are back with the group and we move forward," said the England boss.

Southgate was also keen to play down comparisons between former England star Paul Gascoigne and Jack Grealish, who was named man of the match on his international debut against Wales. "I kind of understood some of the comparison but I just think with Gascoigne as an individual, it was just on another level to anything else I ever played with," explained Southgate.
