UEFA Champions League: Chelsea aim for first three points in Europe

Chelsea have won seven of their last 12 away games in the UEFA Champions League (W7 D2 L3). The Blues lost their last two UCL matches and have never lost three in a row. Frank Lampard will hope to maintain that record as he fields a determined a starting XI at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy on Thursday. After the disappointing show against Valencia in their first UCL game, Chelsea will look to bag all three points on October 2, 2019.

UEFA Champions League: LOSC Lille keen to pull off a win against Chelsea 

Lille have had a tough start to their domestic season this year. Christophe Galtier’s side suffered a 3-0 loss to Ajax in their opening UEFA Champions League encounter. Lille have failed to score in five of their six matches against English teams (W1 D1 L4). The French hosts’ will look to secure a major upset when they host Chelsea on home soil this Thursday.
