Leverkusen look to bounce back from opening day defeat

Peter Bosz's Bayer Leverkusen have endured a tough start to their 2019-20 season. Bayer are sixth in the Bundesliga and suffered a shock 1-2 loss against Lokomotiv FC in their opening UEFA Champions League tie. However, the German side has only won twice in 10 matches against Italian opposition (W2 D4 L4). Bayer remain unbeaten in their last five away matches in the UCL. Their last loss in Europe came at the hands of Italian giants - Roma - on November 2015. One can expect the Germans to put up a tough fight against Ronaldo & Co. on Wednesday in Rome.
