Manchester United have been without the services of midfielder Paul Pogba for a while now. Initially, the Red Devils looked like a weaker team without Paul Pogba in the middle but they have improved off late due to a positive display from the likes of Fred, Scott McTominay and others. However, Paul Pogba edges closer to a return to the first team as he removed the cast from his ankle yesterday.

The French World Cup winner took to Instagram to offer fans an update on his ankle. He uploaded a video in which his cast was being taken off. The short clip featured a GIF of Indian stand-up comedian Kenny Sebastian, which was something that Indian fans would have immediately noticed. Paul Pogba further went on to post more videos of his recovered foot which looked to be in good condition considering the injury he had suffered earlier. Funny how random Paul Pogba can be at times!
Will Paul Pogba remain at Manchester United?
The question still remains as to whether Paul Pogba is in the long-term plan of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. The midfielder was touted to be on the way out during the summer transfer window as Zinedine Zidane had asked Florentino Perez to bring the Frenchman to Real Madrid. With Pogba's disciplinary record and questionable work-rate in the middle, does it make sense for United to let their star midfielder leave for the right price? Either way, United will need to make a decision as the January transfer window is fast approaching.
