PKL 2019: Dabang Delhi KC beat Bengaluru Bulls to enter maiden final
Dabang Delhi KC defeated Bengaluru Bulls to secure their place in the PKL final for the very first time on Wednesday, October 16. Here are the match details.

Dabang Delhi KC defeated Bengaluru Bulls 44-38 to make it to PKL 2019 grand finale on Wednesday, October 16. The match was held at the EKA Arena by TransStadia, Ahmedabad (20:30 IST). This will be Dabang Delhi KC’s maiden appearance for a Pro Kabaddi League final. The finals are scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 19. Despite Pawan Kumar Sehrawat’s 18 raid points, Bengaluru Bulls could not overcome the score difference. Naveen Kumar scored 15 raid points for Dabang Delhi KC.

PKL 2019 semi-finals: Dabang Delhi KC vs Bengaluru Bulls match report
Dabang Delhi KC established an early lead. With a bunch of successful raids and cohesive tackles, they inflicted an All-Out on Bengaluru Bulls in the fourth minute of the first half. After Bengaluru Bulls were back on the mat, Delhi’s lead was reduced to three points as result of ‘Hi-Flyer’ Pawan Kumar Sehrawat’s efforts. However, Dabang Delhi KC’s defence was firm, sending Sehrawat back to the bench and inflicting another All-Out. Bengaluru Bulls’ were on the verge of another All-Out, but Saurabh Nandal’s Super Tackle prevented it. Dabang Delhi KC had a 26-18 lead before going into halftime.
Bengaluru Bulls did their best to make a comeback in the second half. Mahender Singh revived Sehrawat after a Super Tackle, who then carried out two successful raids. Just when Bengaluru Bulls were steadily coming back, but Sehrawat was sent off the mat with a tackle from Chandran Ranjit. Dabang Delhi KC protected their lead for the remaining second half. Naveen and Vijay earned more raid points, and Bengaluru Bulls were all-out for the third time. After killing the clock for the final few minutes, bagging a six-point win.
