The first half ended with both the teams tied 17-17. Dabang Delhi KC was leading the match from the start but the Warriors made an excellent comeback. Mohammad Eamaeil Nabibakhsh proved to be the star player for Bengal Warriors as he smartly captained his team to victory with 10 points. Dabang Delhi KC was not able to fill the gap as they lost the game by five points.

PKL 2019 final: The top performers
Although it was once again Delhi's Naveen Kumar who ended up as the best raider of the match with 18 points, his individual performance wasn't good enough to save his team this time as it is the defence which let the team down. For the Bengal Warriors, besides captain Nabibakhsh, it was defender Sukesh Hegde's 8 tackle points and Jeeva Kumar's 4 tackle points, which made a massive difference to the result of the game. Hegde ended the game in style with a raid point as well, ending a fine season for him and the Warriors.
With their first-ever PKL championship win, the Bengal Warriors received Rs 3 crore as prize money while Dabang Delhi received Rs 1.8 crore as runners up.
