Black cat NFL: Dallas vs Cowboys game halted by a cat, wins internet

Have you ever heard of about black cat been awarded player of the match? You might think of this as a joke but in reality, this incident did occur during the NFL game between New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys. Both the teams experienced a hilarious moment when a black cat ran onto MetLife Stadium’s field and halted the match for a few minutes. The incident happened at the end of the game’s second quarter.

Black Cat enters NFL game 

Television and radio sports announcer Kevin Harlan too joined the party and began to do some commentary on the cat’s exploits on-air as it tried to get off the field.

"He's walking to the three," Harlan deadpanned on the Westwood One broadcast. "He's at the two, and the cat is in the CDW red zone!"

Policemen and state troopers have come onto the field, and the cat runs into the end zone!" he continued, growling, "THAT IS A TOUCHDOWN! And the cat is elusive, kind of like [running backs Saquon] Barkley and [Ezekiel] Elliott, but he doesn't know where to go!"

The black cat proved to be a good omen for The Dallas Cowboys were able to move to 5-3 and stay in the commanding position of NFC East after defeating the New York Giants (2-7) at MetLife Stadium, 37-18 on Monday.
