Los Angeles Lakers and Charlotte Hornets will be facing each other on Monday, October 28. The match will take place at the Staples Center (7:00 am IST). Lakers lost their season opener against LA Clippers 112-102 on Wednesday, October 23. Hornets beat Chicago Bulls 126-125 during their season opener on Thursday, October 24.

NBA 2019-20: Los Angeles Lakers and Charlotte Hornets player performances

Danny Green was LA Lakers’ top scorer with 28 points during their season opener. Anthony Davis followed with 25 points along with five assists and ten rebounds. LeBron James also scored in double digits.

PJ Washington led Hornets to victory by scoring 27 points also including one assist and four rebounds. He scored seven three-pointers in the match, the highest by any player in their debut match. Dwayne Bacon scored 22 points, while Devonte Graham scored 23 points. Cody Zeller also scored double points. Marvin Williams scored 17 points in 17 minutes of play along with two rebounds and one assist.
