Ever since its inception in 2014, the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) has taken the popular Indian sport to mass audiences. In just six years, the tournament has already attracted a wide variety of rural and metropolitan viewers as the league has gained significant traction in a very short time. Currently, into its seventh edition, the league has already witnessed some memorable performances as the biggest kabaddi superstars across the world participate in this three-month event to clinch the coveted title. Players like Pardeep Narwal, Rahul Chaudhari, Rohit Kumar, Deepak Niwas Hooda, and Ajay Thakur are some of the best raiders to have graced the annual event and they have already gained the iconic status in the PKL.

After more than two months and over 100 matches of exhilarating action, let’s take a look at the top three raiders of the tournament so far:
3. Naveen Kumar (Dabang Delhi)
Third on the list of best raiders of the ongoing edition is Naveen Kumar from Dabang Delhi. The star player has scored a total of 222 points in 18 matches so far in the tournament. Playing only in his second tournament, Naveen has already proven out to be a key member for the Delhi squad as he has single-handedly won many matches for his franchise. Dabang Delhi currently top the points table.
2. Pawan Sehrawat (Bengaluru Bulls)
With a total of 242 points in 19 games so far, Pawan Kumar Sehrawat stands at number two in the list of most successful raiders of the tournament. A key player for Bengaluru Bulls, Pawan is known for his explosive bursts and he is extremely proficient at the running hand-touch manoeuvre. He has continued his fine form from where he left off last year when Sehrawat was the leading raid-point scorer and was also crowned as the ‘Most Valuable Player’ of the tournament.
1. Pardeep Narwal (Patna Pirates)
With 243 points till date, Pardeep Narwal from Patna Pirates leads the chart in the list of most successful raiders of the tournament. Pardeep is one of the most prominent players in the Pro Kabaddi League and is currently the highest raid-point scorer in the league's history. In an otherwise lacklustre season performance by former champions, Narwal has been the only highlight for the Pirates this season. He is the first-ever raider to reach 900 points in the annual competition and he has successfully led his franchise to three straight Pro Kabaddi titles between 2016–17 and holds a multitude of league’s raiding records.
