The Next Big Thing? Meet the new wrestler who is bigger than the Great Khali and the Big Show
Jordan Omogbehin who hails from Nigeria made his much-awaited debut in-ring debut at At NXT Live Event in Lakeland, Florida on Thursday.
The World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) always look forward to unique ways for having a particular talent in their roster. This category also includes tall wrestlers as well. Over the past decades, a lot of giant superstars have emerged in the company which includes the likes of Jorge González, Giant Silva, Big Cass, The Great Khali, Big Show, etc. to name a few.
Now, a new wrestler has entered the league and he might soon make his arrival on the big stage. He is Jordan Omogbehin. Omogbehin who hails from Nigeria made his much-awaited debut in-ring debut at At NXT Live Event in Lakeland, Florida on Thursday. His first fight was a 2 on 1 handicap match against the tag team of Scott Parker and Shane Matthews which he finished without breaking too much sweat riding on a few strong bodyslams.
The giant was managed by Malcolm Bivens.
This impressive debut also left the wrestling fans amazed Here are some of the tweets.
Now let's know who Jordan Omogbehin exactly is. He is a former Division-I basketball player at Morgan State University and the University of South Florida. Now what is the more astonishing thing about this gigantic basketball player-turned- wrestler is that he stands at a legit 7'3" and he is just 25 years of age.
Believe it or not, Omogbehin is taller than the two big superstars the Great Khali and the Big Show. While Khali stands at 7'1'', the Big Show is exactly seven feet tall.
So is the young as well as the huge Nigerian the next big thing in the WWE? Well only time will tell and it remains to be seen how he will be making his mark in the main roster. After all, who can forget the Great Khali's memorable debut on Smackdown in 2006 where he had completely manhandled the Undertaker. Will Omogbehin get a similar run? As of now, all we can do is hope for the best.
