Tyson Fury to earn reported $15 million for WWE appearance vs Strowman

Tyson Fury has been making waves on the wrestling scene after his first encounter with 'The Monster Among Men' Braun Strawman on the SmackDown debut episode on Fox. The heavyweight boxing champion who was restrained on his first meeting with Braun Strowman, engaged in a mass brawl when the two met on Monday Night Raw leading to their rumoured fight at Crown Jewel.
WWE is paying Fury $15 for the fight?
With the fight having made official for the Crown Jewel pay-per-view, there are reports that claim Tyson Fury will bank an astonishing $15 million for the match. While there is no proof if the $15 million figure is legit, it should be noted that WWE claimed to the media that they paid Floyd Mayweather $20 million for fighting Big Show at WrestleMania 24, but the actual amount was only $2 million.

Tyson Fury last competed in the boxing ring against Otto Wallin and beat him to end his undefeated streak. Tyson suffered a vicious cut to the face during this fight which also jeopardised his upcoming fight against Wilder. He also said there is a chance of that. Tyson Fury is also scheduled to take on Wilder in a highly anticipated fight next year on February 22 in Las Vegas after his WWE fight against Braun Strawman.

The reigning WWE Champion Brock Lesnar will also take on old rival Cain Velasquez on the same night at Crown Jewel, and with Tyson Fury recently hinting that this could one his one of the many matches in WWE and dropping names like Lesnar and Velasquez. Moreover, there are rumours coming out that there are already talks of Fury sticking around after his match with Braun Strowman and fighting the winner of the Lesnar-Velasquez fight next year.
