A picture of Jose Aldo recently went viral where he can be seen flaunting his toned physique. This picture is proof that Aldo is not kidding about a future move to the bantamweight division. Aldo recently attended a show where he was seen talking about his diet and revealed that he is aiming to weigh 135-pounds before December. This means that he is clearly preparing for the UFC 245 show in Las Vegas which is scheduled to happen on December 14, 2019.

UFC: Jose Aldo talks about training

In the interview during the event, Aldo said that his current weight is around 150 pounds and he still has to lose around 20 pounds. He said that he is training for a long time and his weight is going down fine. He then talked about Henry Cejudo and said that Cejudo has to decide whether he’s going to fight or not. He continued saying that he is aiming for two division titles and if Cejudo doesn’t fight him, he will fight someone else.

UFC: Jose Aldo slams Henry Cejudo

Jose Aldo said that he is texting UFC President Dana White every day and asking for the update of the match. He again turned to Henry Cejudo and said that he should at least come out of the bushes, he either fights him or not. All Cejudo does is talk and demands a fight on the internet, but’s typing some words is easy.  Aldo revealed that he wants Cejudo to sign the contract and prove that he is a real man and fight him or anyone else.
