The 2019 Vivo Pro Kabaddi League is going to be the 7th season of the tournament. The defending champions are Bengaluru Bulls, who had defeated the Gujarat Fortunegiants in the 2018 Pro Kabaddi League final. The seventh season of VIVO Pro Kabaddi League will begin on July 20, 2019. It will be played in the caravan format with the teams playing across 12 cities. The final will be played on October 19, 2019.

Pro Kabaddi 2019 Results:

UP Yoddha Vs Patna Pirates:

UP Yoddha beats Patna Pirates in the pro-kabaddi league match on the score of 41-29 on Friday at SreeKanteerava stadium on Friday. Shrikanth Jadhav (Super 10 with 10 points), Surender Gill (7 points) and Nitesh Kumar (5 tackle points) were in all form for the UP side that gave an all-round performance to ensure a major win by knocking the doors of a seventh-place playoff berth. Patna Pirates, three-time champions, struggled to get a stranglehold on the game from their pirate Pardeep Narwal despite another Super 10 (14 raid points). The absence of the options in the raiding department to Pardeep Narwal has been a significant issue for Patna Pirates this season and it was all too obvious in the early minutes of their game against UP Yoddha once again.

In the second minute, a powerful tackle meant that Pardeep had to go to the dugout and it was no wonder that UP Yoddha inflicted an all-out on the seventh minute’s three-time champions, rather comfortably. A seven-point lead by the seventh minute implied strategy that was taken by the UP team. But cautious methods rarely operate in a brave heart game, and through two Monu and Hadi Oshtorak Super Tackles, Patna clawed their way back into the match.

UP Yodhha vs Gujarat Fortunegiants:

Gujarat Fortunegiants, in the interim, will take certainty from the way that they have never been thrashed by UP Yoddha in Pro Kabaddi and they will plan to add more force to their resurgence, which has seen them lose only one of their previous four games. The arrival of Sachin Tanwar has come as an appreciated lift to their assaulting unit in ongoing matches. All-rounder Rohit Gulia has needed to convey the greater part of the obligation in assault for the double-cross finalists through the season. In any case, Sachin's arrival from damage has seen a portion of that weight being shared. More GB is another player who is fit for getting strike indicates and is known to convey in crunch circumstances. After a couple of strange games protectively, Gujarat Fortunegiants' barrier is by all accounts back to its imperious best. All things considered, captain Sunil Kumar and Cover Parvesh Bhainswal will search for more consistency going into the business part of the arrangement. With a lot of all-rounder help in the group, it will be up to Sunil and Parvesh to compose and direct them on the tangle.
