WWE is famous for its brawl, drama and hatred for each other inside the ring. SmackDown has been the house of legends and big names of WWE. Stone Cold vs Triple H, Brock Lesnar vs John Cena, Roman Reigns vs Samoa Joe are some of the greatest rivalries in WWE history but there are some friendships in WWE that are equally iconic and remarkable. Let us look at some of the friendships in WWE SmackDown that caught everyone’s attention.
WWE SmackDown Friendships
The rosters of Raw and SmackDown have always been altered. The great rivalries got transferred and it happened with great friendships too. Whether being a face or a heel, friendships have often saved and ruined matches in WWE. There are numerous friendships but these ones are too great to miss out.
DX Generation (Triple H-Shawn Michaels)
One of the biggest names of Attitude Era, Triple H and Shawn Michael’s friendship is still considered the best friendship in WWE history. The duo has been Tag Team partners and beat down wrestlers like Hulk Hogan, Dave Batista and even Stone Cold in their career. The friendship did not remain to WWE SmackDown and often made its way in Raw too. After a brief career of more than two decades, Triple H and Shawn continue to be great friends.
Queen and The Man (Charlotte-Becky Lynch)
Two of the horsewomen of WWE claim themselves to be the best woman in the ring and have often gone against each other but outside the ring, Becky and Charlotte are best friends. Currently, Becky is drafted in Raw and she is the WWE Raw Women’s champion but during her SmackDown days, she had some of the best in-ring experiences with her real-life best friend Charlotte. The duo has often posted selfies together that made the netizens fall in love with them. Becky and Charlotte are both committed in life now and their friendship remains strong.
The iconic duo (Billie Kay-Peyton Royce)
Though hated by the audience for being a great heel. The friendship between Billie and Peyton is really admirable. They have been together since their NXT days and have made it big now in SmackDown till now. Apart from being talented wrestlers, they are often regarded as important for charisma and looks.
