Roger Federer is not slowing anytime soon, as the Tennis legend who last won the French Open in 2009 announces a return to Roland Garros for the French Open 2020.

Roger Federer, the Swiss legend who was on a hiatus from the event for over three years had returned to Roland Garros this year but was beaten by Rafael Nadal in the semi-finals.

Tennis News: Roger Federer to play at the Tokyo Olympics after French Open 2020

There have been speculations that the 38-year-old was making a return for one last time in a bid to give his farewell before retirement, but according to reports, Roger Federer spoke about playing the French Open and also confirmed playing at the Tokyo Olympics after Wimbledon next year. But before all that happens, he will take some time off and go on a vacation with his family.

Despite numerous accomplishments over the years which includes winning 20 Major singles titles, Federer is still hungry for the Olympic singles gold. And after being hammered by Andy Murray at the 2012 London Olympics, he will be looking to add a singles gold to his collection.

Roger Federer has made history by winning a total of 20 Grand Slam singles titles which is the most by any male player in the sport and is also known for holding the top spot in the ATP rankings for a record 310 weeks.
