Here is the buildup to the fight

Brock Lesnar and Cain Velasquez have a bitter history which dates back to their UFC encounter in 2010 when Cain Velasquez defeated the then UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar in a lopsided fashion to claim the championship. Brock Lesnar later returned to the sport to compete against Mark Hunt in a one-fight deal and expressed interest in a potential rematch against Velaquez while addressing media in the post-fight press conference. Rumours of the rematch eventually subsided with Cain carrying on his MMA trade and Lesnar continuing with the WWE. Fans are eagerly waiting to see if Brock Lesnar can defend the title against Caini Velasquez at Crown Jewel.
