WWE RAW: Heyman interrupts Mysterio, talks about Lesnar vs Velasquez

After being out of WWE RAW for over a month, Rey Mysterio finally made his in-ring return. After appearing in the ring, the Luchador thanked the WWE universe and revealed that he is currently busy training Cain Velasquez for his upcoming match against WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar. The two are scheduled to face each other for the Universal Championship title at the Crown Jewel PPV.

WWE RAW: Paul Heyman interrupts Rey Mysterio

The advocate of Brock Lesnar, Paul Heyman interrupted Rey Mysterio when the masked man was talking about the much-awaited Crown Jewel match. Heyman revealed that no man in this world can manhandle the Beast and if Mysterio thinks that Velasquez can beat the Universal Champion then he is living in a bubble. Heyman then talked about the match which happened between Lesnar and Velasquez nine years ago for the UFC heavyweight title.

In the match, Velasquez bloodied the beast and won the title. Heyman also talked about the scar Velasquez gave Lesnar during the match. Heyman said that whenever Brock sees the mirror he sees that scar and that scar reminds him of the man he lost from. In the end, Heyman said that for the past nine years Lesnar wanted revenge and the revenge will come when the Beast will face Velasquez on the Crown Jewel PPV.

WWE: Cain Velasquez’s WWE debut

Cain Velasquez made his WWE debut at the opening episode of SmackDown on FOX. During the episode, he took down Brock Lesnar and punished him by delivering several punches. Lesnar fled from the ring with Paul Hayman and his WWE Championship belt. Later, in an interview, Velasquez said that he came to SmackDown because of what Lesnar did a few weeks ago on RAW. Lesnar assaulted Mysterio and his son Dominick which made Velasquez angry and being Mysterio’s friend he decided to arrive on SmackDown.
