UFC superstars have often taken a harsh stance towards the WWE by accusing it to be a fake fight brand. Irish MMA superstar Conor McGregor insulted John Cena in the past by describing him as a fake wrestler. He also mentioned that he can beat up the entire WWE roster at once. This time, the Interim Welterweight champion of UFC, Colby Covington has slammed WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins by calling him a ‘little cry baby’ and referred Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson as just hype.

WWE: What is Colby Covington’s problem with WWE?

UFC Interim welterweight champion Colby Covington is going to face Welterweight champion Kamaru Usman for the title at UFC 245. However, Covington is having a hard time with his company. We saw a lot of heated exchanges between UFC President Dana White and Colby Covington since the past few days and it seems that it is nowhere close to ending. The American superstar made another controversial statement about the current WWE champion Seth Rollins and that surely did hurt a lot of WWE fans. He also slammed WWE superstar The Rock for his involvement in UFC 244.

Colby Covington on WWE Superstars

In a recent interview with an Australian media daily, Colby Covington called Universal champion Seth Rollins as a ‘little cry baby’. According to Colby, Rollins is not at all tough and he is getting all the attention just because he is dating Becky Lynch. Colby also expressed his urge to fight Seth Rollins and defeat him. His idea of teaming up with Ronda Rousey against Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch has created a lot of buzz among the MMA community already.

In the meantime, he referred to the upcoming PPV UFC 244 as a total hype show. Welterweight contenders Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal will be fighting against each other for the BMF belt at the main event of UFC 244 and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is going to put that belt around the winner’s waist. Colby Covington called it a stupid move and said that none of the contenders are going to taste what he has tasted. He referred to The Rock as 'just a hype' and said that getting a call from the President of the USA is a real deal.

"They're not getting calls from the President of the United States, they're not getting texts daily from the first family, they don't have an open invitation to the White House. Oh cool, you got some pro wrestlers? I know lots of pro wrestlers. Actually, I might have to have Kurt Angle show up and beat the Rock's ass.  said, Colby Covington.
