WWE Backstage Premiere flops as only 49,000 viewers tune in to watch
WWE Backstage saw a heavy fall in viewership after its official FS1 debut. The viewership fell down to 49,000 despite WWE Superstars' appearance. Know more.
The WWE BackStage Premiere on Tuesday on FS1 was disappointing and a failure in terms of TV ratings. According to American media reports, only 49,000 viewers tuned into the latest episode with a rating of only 0.02. WWE Superstars like John Cena, Triple H and Shawn Michaels appeared on the latest WWE Backstage but that surely didn’t help them to generate viewership.
WWE: Fall in ‘Backstage’ viewership
The latest episode of WWE Backstage had an interesting panel of Renne Young, Paige, Christian and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T. As per the rankings of cable for Tuesday on American television, the latest WWE did not even crack into the top 150 shows for Tuesday. It was surely not great news for WWE.
The first episode of WWE Backstage preview went live on the Tuesday of October 15 after an MLB playoff and it managed to drew 597,000 viewers according to media reports in the USA. The second episode was a successful one too with 426,000 viewers and a rating of 0.14 but the latest episode has surely concerned the WWE Universe with such a heavy fall in viewership.
