Milwaukee Bucks Forward Bobby Portis Falls Victim To Streak Of Burglary At Athletes' Houses
Milwaukee Bucks' Bobby Portis is seeking the assistance of the fans as he revealed that his River Hills, Wisconsin home was robbed on Saturday, Nov. 2. Portis was at work as he had a match against the Cleveland Cavaliers at the Finserv Forum. The Bucks Forward lost a lot of his prized possessions and has offered a $40,000 cash reward to anyone who helps him get a lead on his missing items. The athlete shared video footage of the crime in execution, which shows two men positioned outside his house, in a different clip. The video shows at least one of the intruders' voices.
"This is a place I’ve considered home, so why not make my home a better place? While I was at my game yesterday, I had a home invasion, and they took most of my prized possessions. I appreciate all the love and support you guys have shown me over the weekend regarding the home invasion," Bobby Portis said.

The robbery at Bobby Portis' residence is coming less than a month after Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahones and TE Travis Kelce's houses were robbed. The break-ins occurred shortly before and on the day of the Chiefs' 26-13 home victory over the New Orleans Saints on October 7, while Kelce's celebrity girlfriend Taylor Swift watched from the stands. There were no injuries reported in either case. While Mahomes' report did not mention any missing items, Kelce's report listed losses as $20,000 in cash and damage to a rear door. Both robberies in Missouri happened in a 48-hour timeframe. Even the Timberwolves star Mike Conley’s Medina, Minnesota residence was burglarized in September. The robbery took place in broad daylight while he was attending the NFL's Vikings game as a special guest.
