Bodybuilding And fitness are undoubtedly different. The work ethic, limitations, and intensity are what set them apart from each other
Lifting heavy weights accompanied by having high amount of protein with moderate carbs and low fat to build/gain a certain amount of muscle is the goal of accomplishing a bodybuilding physique whereas fitness is deeply concerned with maintaining a well balanced lifestyle consisting of some physical activities with clean organs and a decent physique. Boodybuilding and fitness have always been the topic of debate ever since the fitness world evolved though both have diffrent purpose and diffrent ethics to get accomplished.
Bodybuilding can’t be Compared with Fitness
It must be understood by today's generation that fitness is a lifestyle and Bodybuilding is a particular sport which has its own rules and limitations. It won't be a justice if Bodybuilding and fitness will be compared by mentioning Arnold’s era rather it must be elaborated to get understood properly. Fitness and Bodybuilding are without any shadow of a doubt related but one is a sport and another is adapting a proper lifestyle.
The relatable approach comes as fitness also includes the weight training exercise like chest press, squats, barbell curls dumbbell, lat pull down but what sets fitness apart from bodybuilding is the intensity of working out.
In Bodybuilding these exercises are the basic part of the whole regimen and without getting into these workouts you are not supposed to get into the bodybuilding sport, however fitness does consist these workouts but it does not depend only on these exercises because here the purpose is not to build certain amount of muscle with stage competing approach rather it focuses primarily on reaching a healthy life, with a clean and strong internal system along with a decent physical structure.
Bodybuilding Vs Fitness: Two Different Discplines
Also bodybuilding and fitness can never get compared as the work ethic and principles literally lie in different directions. The main purpose of Bodybuilding is to accomplish a certain amount of muscles,whereas fitness lies in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The diet in Bodybuilding , supplementaion and even anabolics are not optionals rather a core part of the sport ,where fitness doesnt have to do anything with this as the main focus of fitness is to maintain a good and healthy human body.
It must be understood that building muscle is a particular process and being involved in a physical curriculum to get oneself fit is an activity , so the process is nowhere connected with the Activity and it can be said that Bodybuilding and fitness are two different subjective fields.
