Major League Cricket is a rapidly rising sensation among fans in the United States, a place where the sport is gaining some recognition. After the ICC Men's T20 World Cup, the wave of cricket has hit the sports fans in the US as they have been taking an interest in the sport, and it continues with the MLC, where some of the top superstars are in action. But during the tournament, an insane moment erupted which involved Australia's Travis Head and the legendary Caribbean all-rounder, Andre Russell when one of his deliveries snapped the opener's bat in half.

Travis Head left stunned by Andre Russell's bat-snapping delivery during LAKR vs WAF Major League Cricket clash
During a Major League Cricket match between the Los Angeles Knight Riders and Washington Freedom in Morrisville, Travis Head faced off against Andre Russell's balling in the second over of the second innings. Head attempted to hit a shot off Russell's short-pitch delivery, but it was so fast that the opener's bat snapped in two halves while attempting to hit a pull shot.
The Aussie opener was left stunned when the lower portion of the bat flew towards the mid-wicket after it got snapped in two. The particular moment of the match has been making waves all over the social media platform X (Formerly Twitter). Even the fans attending the match at the venue were befuddled after watching the moment.

Speaking of the match, the Los Angeles Knight Riders failed to prevail against Washington Freedom after the side comfortably chased down the given target. It was a cakewalk Freedom after Travis Head and franchise skipper Steve Smith set the stage with their superior knocks. LAKR's batting did not do much justice as their top order faltered, leading to a collapse. While the bowling side did try to take out Travis Head from the fray, the damage was already done after he scored 54 off 32 balls and the bowlers could not put much of an effect in limiting the batters.
