Yuvraj Singh shared a beautiful video to mark his famous six sixes
Yuvraj blatantly hit Broad six sixes in the 19th over and also brought upon the faster half-century in just 12 balls. The video was quick to spread out as it has garnered almost two lakh views on micro-blogging site X. With the ICC World Cup nearing a start Yuvraj remained the chief orchestrator as India lifted the 2011 World Cup under the strict guidance of MS Dhoni. The former RCB all rounder recorded 362 runs and also had 15 scalps to his name. His eccentric display was in the thick of things in that edition.
Will India lift the ICC Cricket World Cup this time?
India recently named a provisional squad for the upcoming tournament and both Hardik Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja need to emulate Yuvraj's heroics if India are to do well in the World Cup. The Men in Blue will open their campaign against Australia on 8th October against Chennai and a positive start would boost their chances as it stands.
