The Australian Cricket team created a massive world record in their T20 match against Scotland. The Australian cricket team has made a world record of making the highest powerplay score in the history of T20Is. Australia created 113 runs for the loss of 1 wicket at the end of the powerplay in their first T20I match against Scotland. During the match, Australia won the toss and decided to bowl first and put Scotland to be the first one to bat. Scotland in their 20 overs gave Australia a target of 155 after making 154 for the loss of 9 wickets. Australia managed to chase down the target within 9.4 overs as they made 156 for the loss of 3 wickets.
