Amid the heated situation, reports have been surfacing that a former Bangladesh cricketer's house has been set ablaze by the angry mob. Mortaza was a member of the Awami League party, which is led by Sheikh Hasina.The reports suggest that the vandals set the house of the former Bangladesh skipper's house in flames amid the student protests which are taking place all over the nation. Mashrafe Mortaza represents the Khulna division's Narail-2 constituency in Parliament, which is probably why the mobs attacked his home.
