Ind vs Ban: India head coach Gautam Gambhir has cheekily taken a potshot at former captain Virat Kohli ahead of the Bangladesh Test in Chennai. In an interview ahead of the first Test at Chennai, Kohli and Gambhir sat down for a chat and it was brilliant for fans to see the two together in one frame. While the interview is going viral receiving love from fans across all walks of life, the content the two discussed is pure gold. Both the cricketers are from Delhi and are known to be aggressive and hot-headed and hence when Gambhir accuses Kohli of having had more altercations in his career, fans love it. The BCCI has shared a slice of the entire interaction. 

‘You Have Had More Altercations Than I have’

Virat Kohli : When you are batting and you have a bit of a chat with the opposition, did you ever feel like this might carry on to you going out of the zone and potentially getting out, or it put you in a more motivated state?

Gautam Gambhir : You have had more altercations than I have. I think you can answer that question, better than I can.

Virat Kohli (laughing): Main to ye dhund raha hun ki koi meri baat se agree kar jaye. Ye nahi bol raha ki galat hai. Koi to bole haan, yahi hota hai (I am only looking for someone who agrees with what I have to say. Not saying that it is wrong. At least someone should say, yes this is what happens).

Meanwhile, Kohli flew in straight from London to link-up with the side in Chennai for the first Test against Bangladesh .
