Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya has shared a huge update on his recovery progress at the start of the new year. Pandya took to his official Instagram handle to share a video from his training session. Hardik Pandya is currently undergoing rehabilitation after sustaining an injury during the ODI World Cup 2023.

Hardik Pandya is expected to make his return to competitive cricket during IPL 2024, where he will captain Mumbai Indians. Hardik recently joined Mumbai Indians for the upcoming season of the cash-rich league in an all-cash deal from Gujarat Titans. Hardik captained Gujarat Titans for two seasons before leaving the franchise ahead of IPL 2024 auction to return to Mumbai Indians.
Hardik Pandya recently shared a video on Instagram, where he could be seen sweating out in the gym. The video also shows Hardik's son Agastya, who could be seen giving some company to his dad while he gets ready for a year full of action-packed cricket including the T20 World Cup 2024 in the West Indies and the USA.
David Warner also dropped a heartfelt reaction to the video, wishing a speedy recovery for his 'mate' Hardik Pandya.

While playing for India in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023, Hardik Pandya suffered an injury on his ankle resulting in him being ruled out from the rest of the tournament. Hardik got injured while trying to stop the ball with his leg. The unfortunate incident occurred during a match between India and Bangladesh. Hardik was seen in the final of the ODI World Cup, cheering for Team India from the stands.
