When the Indian cricket team, led by captain Rohit Sharma, arrived in Delhi for a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the festivities got underway. They afterwards relocated to Mumbai for the remaining functions. As the greatest celebration in recent memory drew to a conclusion, Team India took part in the bus parade from Nariman Point to the Wankhede Stadium and then completed a lap of honour. The majority of the starting players have made their way back to their cosy homes, and Hardik Pandya was greeted with open arms by his family members upon his homecoming.
