Prasidh Krishna hails Suryakumar Yadav's skipper skills
Team India player Prasidh Krishna came forward to applaud the current T20I captain, Suryakumar Yadav's captaincy skills in the five-match series against Australia. Sky has taken off as a solid captain as Team India has won two out of the five games and has positioned their dominance in the series.
After the game, Prasidh Krishna noted that Suryakumar's leadership is a lot like his batting, and the stand-in skipper has complete faith in his men to follow their instincts during a game. He mentioned:
I think it shows in the way he (Suryakumar) bats is very similar in his captaincy as well. He trusts his players, backs all of us to do what we want to do and he's there right behind us to support if there's anything going wrong. That's been the name of the game and then that's the word around freedom, go and execute your plans out there and everyone trusts each other in the team.

Prasidh Krishna opens up on coming off the ODI World Cup loss
Prasidh Krishna came in as a replacement for Hardik Pandya after the vice-captain got injured during a match. Krishna was able to experience Team India's highs till the semifinal and then the downright low after they lost to Australia on their home ground. The cricketer opened up on his experience in CWC 23.
'Being a part of the World Cup squad was massive learning for me. That's the biggest learning curve I've had since I've been a part of the team. I got to learn a lot the way people prepare the amount of information that you can take, looking at the surface, the situation, the condition, the batsman and all of those things,' Krishna said.
The Indian Cricket Team will now face Australia in their third match in the five-match series at the ACA Stadium in Barsapara, Assam.
