MS Dhoni comments on his classic hairstyle
In every way, MS Dhoni personifies an iconic character. It is quite remarkable how far he has come from Ranchi to become one of the most respected cricket players. Dhoni is still the core of the Chennai Super Kings, the IPL winners. Fans are excited to see him back in the exciting action when the competition begins in March of next year, after his recent announcement confirming his participation in the IPL 2024. Apart from his achievements in cricket, Dhoni's distinct sense of style also attracts a sizable fan base, as seen by the extensive appeal of his most recent haircut, about which he recently offered his thoughts during an event. MS Dhoni said:
"Earlier when I used to go for ad films, I usually got ready in 20 minutes hair, makeup everything. Now it takes 1 hour, 5 minutes- 1 hour, 10 minutes. It's bit boring, just sitting on that chair and waiting, but all my fans have appreciated by hairstyle. So, I'll try to keep it for some time,"
“I agree with you (as the crowd started applauding) but it's quite a task to maintain this. I'll try to keep it but maybe one fine day I might decide to chop it off.”
CSK is ready for the IPL 2024
As CSK defends the crown the following year, Dhoni—who currently holds the record for the most appearances in IPL history—will be guiding the team. There are eight international players among the 25 players in CSK's IPL 2024 squad. At the Dubai mini-auction, the five-time champions purchased Sameer Rizvi for INR 8.4 crore, Mustafizur Rahman for INR 2 crore, Shardul Thakur for INR 4 crore, Daryll Mitchell for INR 14 crore, and Rachin Ravindra for INR 1.8 crore.
CSK made the sensible decision to hold onto its seasoned players, including Ruturaj Gaikwad, Rajvardhan Hangargekar, Moeen Ali, Deepak Chahar, Devon Conway, Tushar Deshpande, Shivam Dube, and Ajinkya Rahane, in order to prepare for the upcoming season.
