'Work In Progress': Rajasthan Royals Send Warning To Other IPL Teams With A Rahul Dravid Reference

The IPL 2025 season is expected to be a grand affair as the teams gear up for the thrilling T20 competition next year. Franchises have been making move in the offseason as they make changes and cuts. Amid the moves, the Rajasthan Royals have made the biggest move after bringing in T20 World Cup -winning coach Rahul Dravid. The former India great will take over the franchise's head coach role and will be key in the team's decision-making process. Dravid has already began his work with the Royal, way before the IPl 2025 season could begin.

Rahul Dravid Begins His Work as the Head Coach Day After Joining the Rajasthan Royals

After making one of the biggest steals, it looks like the Rajasthan Royals have geared up for competition as their management have already started their preparations for the upcoming IPL season in 2025, After bringing in Rahul Dravid as the coach, the franchise have begun their meetings and talks in order to make progress in the offseason and enhance the team. The A mega auction will take place ahead of the 2025 season which is expected to shake up all the teams' roster.

New Head Coach Rahul Dravid has begun his management meetings with the franchise executives and they have begun their progress to keep their case strong to win the title.

Rahul Dravid's tenure as India's Senior men team's head coach ended in June with the team winning the T20 World Cup for the second time. It was being reported a few days ago that Dravid was set for his next move to RR. He has been roped in the franchise after signing a multi-year deal.

"After the World Cup, I feel it's the ideal time for me to take on another challenge, and the Royals is the perfect place to do that … It's an exciting opportunity for us to take this team to the next level given the kind of talent and resources we have at our disposal and I'm looking forward to getting started," Rahul Dravid said after joining the RR franchise.

Rahul is a former Royal as he was a part of the franchise from 2011 to 2015. He is now returning to the franchise as the head coach, which brings a fresh wave in the team.
