'Maze Lene Do Unko': Rohit Sharma Roasts Bangladesh In His Own Style, Hints At India's Gameplan

India vs Bangladesh : Spotlight was on India captain Rohit Sharma as he spoke to the press in Chennai on Tuesday ahead of the first Test against Bangladesh . During the presser, as expected, he got a little cheeky when asked about Bangladesh 's confidence as a team after beating Pakistan in Pakistan . Rohit was at his candid best as he admitted that he is not too bothered about their form as the hosts are better off focusing on their own preparations.

‘We Want to Have Our Preps in Place’

"Every team wants to defeat India, let them have their fun, maze lene do unko. we know how to play our cricket. England also said a lot of things when they came here, but we never focussed on them. We just want to have our preparations in place. Every team that comes to India, we know a lot about them and this is what we will focus on," Rohit said at the presser when asked about Bangladesh 's confidence.

Rohit's Role

Apart from being the captain, Rohit is also the premier batter of the side who opens for the side. He would be hoping he gets among the runs and is in good stead as there is a big season coming up for Indian cricket. It would be interesting to see what the playing XI looks like as it will be a sign of things to come.
