The Chennai Super Kings players seem to never get tired of taking their experiments to the next level and come up with new innovations when they are not on the field. They are leaving no stone unturned in entertaining their viewers on social media. After the CSK players had tested their cooking skills (making dosas) and then mastering the art of 'Silambam' where they enthralled everyone by their ninja techniques, they decided to participate in the 'Super Gully Rap' challenge and test their singing skills in Tamil.
Harbhajan Singh, Imran Tahir, Suresh Raina, Ravindra Jadeja, Sam Billings, Faf du Plessis, Shane Watson, Deepak Chahar, Monu Kumar Singh, Dwayne Bravo, Murali Vijay, Karn Sharma, Mitchell Santner, etc. participated in this challenge. Initially, after having listened to the lyrics, veteran Australian all-rounder Shane Watson gave a confused look while English batsman Sam Billings screamed 'What?' after he was left clueless about what the lyrics meant while Dwayne Bravo who had come out with his own superhit song 'Champion' removed his headsets and was seen smiling after having heard the lyrics.
The challenge began and the CSK players tried their level best to get the lyrics right but in vain as neither of them managed to sing the song properly and were seen laughing after having made the first attempt. However, they did not give up and decided to give another try. They succeeded in the second attempt and managed to get the lyrics right perfectly.
Chennai Super Kings posted the video of this 'Super Gully Rap' challenge on Twitter. Take a look.
Even the netizens came forward to appreciate the CSK players.
Chennai Super King will be seen in action against Kings XI Punjab at the Punjab Cricket Association Stadium on Sunday.
