New Zealand legend Daniel Vettori has named 'The Wall' Rahul Dravid as the toughest batsman he has bowled to. Vettori was also all praises for Virat Kohli.

New Zealand cricketing legend - Daniel Vettori - has named former Indian skipper Rahul Dravid as the toughest batsman he has ever bowled to. 

Daniel Vettori in his 18-year-old career has picked over 700 international wickets and has scored almost 7,000 runs with six Test Hundreds. Vettori, a legendary New Zealand spinner, recently opened up about his career and interests in a media interview.

The 40-year-old former cricketer revealed several interesting facts, including the Indian batsman he found most difficult to bowl to or an Indian player he would like to have in his team. He answered with the name of former Australian wicket-keeper/batsman Adam Gilchrist when he was asked about who he fears in cricket.

Daniel Vettori on Indian captain Virat Kohli

Daniel Vettori named Indian skipper Virat Kohli when he was asked about which Indian player would he include in his team. Vettori and Kohli have spent a good amount of time together in the Royal Challengers Bangalore dressing room in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Vettori was the captain of the RCB team and the current Indian captain was playing under him. Kohli replaced him as the RCB skipper in 2013 as the Kiwi took over as the coach of RCB. Vettori continued as the coach till 2018. Vettori and Kohli have led RCB to the IPL final in 2011 and 2016 but couldn't win.
