As per the report, Rohit has informed the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) that he will join the Indian team on Sunday. The Indian team had traveled to Australia in three batches between November 9 and 11, but Rohit Sharma stayed back to welcome his second child. Speculation surrounded his arrival date in Australia, with some reports suggesting he would arrive in Perth before the first Test on November 22. However, it has now been confirmed that Rohit will join the squad on Sunday, November 24.Rohit Sharma is expected to take charge of the Indian team from the second Test match onwards. The second game is scheduled to take place in Adelaide from December 6 to 10. It will be a day-night Test match and will be played with the pink ball.
