Shubman Gill Is A Proud Captain, Gives Massive Hug To Abhishek Sharma After First 100 For India

Abhishek Sharma stole all the limelight as he smacked his first ever t20 international 100 for India in scintillating fashion vs Zimbabwe in the 2nd T20I of the five match series. 

Abhishek Sharma brought up his 100 for India in some style by scoring three consecutive sixes. As he went for a fourth consecutive six, he mistimed the shot and got out. As Abhishek Sharma returned to the dressing he got greeted by a massive hug from captian Shubman Gill. 

Shubman Gill and company were looking to bounce back from their disappointing loss to Zimbabwe in the first game and Abhishek Sharma the man who got out on duck on his debut made sure to make this a match to remember.

Shubman Gill is a proud captain for Abhishek Sharma 

Abhishek Sharma not only wowed the spectators and fans with his knock but he also wowed his teammates in the Indian dressing room and especially his captain Shubman Gill. 

As Abhishek Sharma returned back to the dug out, he was greeted with a massive hug from Shubman Gill who looked extremely proud of the exploits by Sharma.

Abhishek Sharma's innings is even more special given the fact that he got out for a duck in his debut game for Team India. Sharma shut out all the nerves and criticism and read the conditions of the pitch really well before starting his onslaught of Zimbabwe. 

Abhishek Sharma's innings was crucial to set the platform for India. Ruturaj Gaikwad and Rinku Singh backed up the carnage by Sharma at the top of the order and powered India to a mammoth total of 234 runs in the 2nd T20I against Zimbabwe at Harare Sports Club.
