Shubman Gill and Sara Tendulkar were spotted together in Mumbai

There have been rumours hovering around about Gill's alleged linkup with Sachin Tendulkar's daughter Sara Tendulkar. The pair hasn't publicly spoken of each other and has chosen to remain tightlipped about their relationship status. The inauguration of the Jio World Plaza event saw a host of celebrities adding a tone of glamour to the occasion of Mumbai.

Gill and Sara were spotted together at the event but they chose a different path to avoid the limelight. As videos showed, Gill was the first to come out of the venue and hop in his car and Sara followed the Gujarat Titans opener as she too exited the building. This is not the first time the duo were caught together as they also were pictured together on different occasions.

Sara also attended Team India's World Cup match at the MCA Stadium in Pune as powered by Gill and Virat Kohli's innings the Men In Blue secured a seven-wicket victory over Bangladesh.

The 24-year-old has cemented his place in the Indian team and has already been tipped as Virat Kohli's successor and Indian cricket's next superstar. He already has an IPL title to his name and boasts a healthy average in all the white-ball formats. Off the pitch, attentions haven't really bothered him as he has been a consistent feature in the teamsheets for the Men in Blue, and following Rohit Sharma and Virat's retirement he could be handed the mantle as things stand.
