Indian cricket icon Virat Kohli celebrated his 36th birthday on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024 and received special wishes from the cricket fraternity. Virat Kohli's former Royal Challengers Bengaluru teammate Ab de Villiers took to Instagram to share a special birthday wish for the former Indian skipper.
However, Ab de Villiers birthday post for Virat Kohli attracted interested from former England fast bowler Stuart Broad as he slipped into comments to ask a quirky question to de Villiers.

Ab de Villiers took to Instagram to share a special birthday post for Virat Kohli as he wished him a tonne of unbeaten centuries and called him by the nickname of biscuit.
“Happy birthday, my Biscuit! Wishing you an incredible year ahead, filled with love, success, and many more unbeaten centuries,” wrote Ab de Villiers in his birthday wish for Virat Kohli.
ABD also remembered their time together and hailed his commitment towards the game.
“As I look back on our time together on and off the field, I’m reminded of your unwavering commitment to the game. Your dedication and relentless pursuit of excellence inspire me and millions of others," wrote Ab de Villiers on his Instagram.
Former England star, Stuart Broad was intrigued by Ab de Villiers birthday wish and especially Virat Kohli's nickname. Stuart Broad slid into the comments and wished Virat Kohli happy birthday before asking de Villers why is he calling Kohli ‘biscuit’.
While AB de Villiers hasn't really come out and replied to Stuart Broad about why he calls Virat Kohli biscuit but one can be certain there could be some interesting story behind that.

Virat Kohli is currently under immense criticism for his below par performances with the bat for India which resulted in the team's shambolic 3-0 loss to New Zealand at home.
Amidst the criticism, Kohli is battling to regain his top form when India takes on Australia in Australia for the 5-match Border Gavaskar Trophy.
