He discussed his fitness mantra, his notions about die,t and revealed that he has turned vegetarian. The cricketer took to Twitter to praise the documentary.

Skipper Virat Kohli has been piling runs for India for more than a decade now and one of the biggest reasons behind his impeccable consistency has been the transformation he has brought into his fitness and diet. From being a cocky, chubby-faced. player back in 2008 to one of the fittest cricketers in the world, he has come a long way to being perhaps the best batsman in modern-day cricket.
His transition has been nothing short of spectacular and this has rubbed on to the other players in the side as well. Kohli turned vegetarian last year. The 30-year-old believes that turning vegetarian has helped him tremendously. Earlier, Anushka Sharma had also tweeted praising the documentary.

The Game Changers is a 2018 documentary produced by James Cameron, Jackie Chan and Arnold Schwarzenegger about the advantages of plant-based diet for athletes. The documentary follows former UFC fighter James Wilks who, while recovering from an injury, travels the world and talks with elite athletes who follow the diet.
