As India battles against England in the World Cup 2019 and hopes to continue their undefeated winning streak, it is finding immense support from surprising corners.

Former Pakistani pacer Shoaib Akhtar had urged his fellow citizens to support Team India in this match as with England out of the tournament it would help Pakistan stay in the game. The Men in Green will have to win against Bangladesh and England to get the semi-final seat.

Akhtar also said that he hoped to see a semi-final match between India and Pakistan.

Pakistanis seem to agree with Akhtar. However, the sentiment to support the Men in Blue seems to be overflowing as it appears that a Pakistani fan has gone all out in his backing for Team India and even attempted to sing the Indian national anthem.

Representing this sentiment, a TikTok video posted on Twitter has gone viral. It shows a man who seems to be wearing a Pakistani green jersey around his neck is singing the Jana Gana Mana, the Indian national anthem, albeit incorrectly.
