South Africa have not had a good time in the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup 2019. The Proteas are at the eighth position in the points table with only three points as they could only manage a solitary win in their six games and four losses while one of their contests against West Indies was washed away due to rain. However, that has not stopped veteran leg-spinner Imran Tahir from carrying out his signature style celebrations on the field.

Tahir made his presence felt when he sent both the Pakistani openers back to the pavilion. The 40-year-old first scalped Fakhar Zaman after he stitched an 81-run opening stand along with Imam-ul-Haq. He then dismissed Imam by taking a catch off his own bowling. After taking the catch, he carried out the Imran Tahir special celebrations.

Watch the video of Tahir celebrating in his own unique style.

Tahir's celebration soon became a subject of memes on social media.

Tahir finished with figures of 2/41 in his 10 overs at an economy rate of 4.10.

Pakistan skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed had won the toss and elected to bat first. After the dismissals of Fakhar and Imam, Mohammad Hafeez and Babar Azam were involved in a small partnership. Then Babar and Haris Sohail were involved in an 81-run stand for the fourth wicket. Babar scored an 80-ball 69 while Haris top-scored for the Men In Green with a blistering 59-ball 89 which included nine boundaries and a maximum at a strike rate of 150.85.

Their superb knocks helped Pakistan get to a good total of 308/7 in their 50 overs.
