With 18 points, Rohit Sharma's team finished the league stage atop the ODI World Cup 2023 standings. After finishing first in the rankings, India will face the Kiwis, who ended fourth in the points chart. India began their campaign by defeating Australia. The 'Men in Blue' then defeated Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, New Zealand, England, Sri Lanka, South Africa, and the Netherlands.
