Rohit Sharma's daughter cute video resurfaced on social media

It was supposed to be India's World Cup as the men In Blue arrived on cricket's biggest stage in exemplary form. They did manage to display their dominance apart from the summit clash where the Aussies ended their 10 match winning run. It could be Rohit Sharma's last World Cup as the Indian skipper will be 40 at the time of the 2027 ODI World Cup.

Amidst this disappointment, an adorable video of the Indian captain's daughter surfaced on social media where she could be seen interacting with some reporters. The journalist asked about his father's wellbeing in which Samaira cutely replied, “ He is in the room. He is almost positive and within one month he will laugh again.”

This happens to be an old video when the Team India skipper had contracted Covid-19. However, this video has been hovering on the social media once again and people are associating him with India's painful loss in the World Cup final.

Team India is currently involved in a five match T20I series with Australia and the focus will now shift to the bilateral series again. Having wrapped up the ODI and Test series already the home side would seek to seal the T20I series to stamp their authority.
